Can you picture yourself excelling in these amazing responsibilities and making a real impact?🌟 Are you passionate about providing top-notch administrative support?🌟 Do you have a flair for managing purchasing tasks and quoting customers?🌟 Are you skilled in handling incoming calls, post, and document scanning?🌟 Can you envision yourself thriving in a role that requires strong communication skills and a proactive mindset?Key Responsibilities:- Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and placing orders- Prepare and send quotes to customers in a timely manner- Handle general correspondence, including emails, letters, and other documents- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department- Manage incoming and outgoing post, as well as scanning and filing documents- Utilise Word, Excel, and Outlook to create and maintain documents and spreadsheets- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasksRequirements:- Proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on purchasing and customer quoting- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook- SAP knowledge is desired, but not essential- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- No cold calling requiredApply now! ✨🚀HR GO
