You are encouraged to discuss your needs during the application process.Who are we looking for?Enthusiastic and driven Podiatrists who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people. You will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and treatment of lower limb complications to customers in a variety of settings. You will have the opportunity to work across residential facilities, community clinics and in customer homes.This is the perfect opportunity to join an innovative allied health team and enjoy the option to work in your preferred location, either in the northern or southern regions.As the needs of the older person changes, so does our service. We have recently introduced the ability to provide custom orthoses via a 3D scanner; with many funding options available to make this accessible. Our team are committed to providing a diverse range of treatments including dry needling, nail surgery, biomechanic assessments with referral options available to and from, our wider team of Allied Health Professionals.Working in our residential facilities give the opportunity to be part of a truly multi-disciplinary team, by providing input into wound care and pressure management. This aspect of the role is supported by Allied Health Assistants to manage administration and sterilisation.What can you expect to be doing?Collaborate with therapists to deliver individually based assessment and treatments in a variety of settings including customer homes, residential and community based settingsAssist in the development and implementation of organisational processes to upskill therapists and improve customer outcomesWork with customers towards achieving health goals and positive outcomes through a multidisciplinary approachWhat do you need to bring?Bachelor or Masters in PodiatryCurrent AHPRA registrationAbility to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA current driver's license and a certified roadworthy vehicleWho is AnglicareSA?As one of SA's largest social services provider, AnglicareSA makes a positive difference to the lives of more than 50,000 people each year.
