OverviewAn Account Strategist is distinguished by a dedicated focus to customer satisfaction, realized through strong verbal and written communication skills. The Account Strategist will be responsible for providing superior customer support for our Merchant partners, managing a portfolio of relationships, and driving revenue growth. He/she should excel at relationship building, analyzing marketing campaigns and be self-motivated. The successful candidate will be an aggressive self-starter and must possess an unbelievably strong work ethic, intelligence, sense of urgency, positive attitude, tenacity, and have a desire to put the customer first every day. The employee must have the ability to execute special assignments and tasks under only general supervision. The employee must have a personal sense of integrity, commitment and professionalism.
