You will be responsible for the OCM outcomes and ensuring the delivery of change management strategies and plans, together with associated risk and impact assessments, with a focus on the clinical workforce. The OCM Consultant will work in collaboration across the project to successfully transition our end users and stakeholders so they have a timely, accurate and complete view of ADF health information.Key Responsibilites:With an emphasis on clinicians, assess the impact of change, including people, process, technology and systems to determine requirements from current to future state on the business and define how these impacts will be managedContribute to multi-channel communications plans and the establishment of clinical networks, to prepare, equip and support individuals to successfully adopt the new Health Knowledge Management SystemOversee the execution of business readiness activities and deliver targeted communication and engagement activities.Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and be a trusted advisor on the management of people related digital health business risks, particularly with a clinical focusConduct, analyse and document post implementation reviews, build key learnings into future change management plansOversee the documentation of the approach and process to change management and communicate to the respective stakeholdersUtilise the expertise of our partners and advisers to bring in new ideas (automation or tools) to optimise the organisational change management process and clinical change activitiesContribute to the OCM and Training teams' broader range of activities.QualificationsWhat You'll BringExperience with business and clinical change, as well as communication activities, on digital health transformation projects preferably for Government.Formal qualifications in Change Management, Communications or related fieldExperience in clinical change and health transformation preferably in the primary care and allied health sectorsExperience working in a multi-vendor environmentTeam work, a positive attitude and collaboration are key to this role, together with a willingness to work towards common goals.SkillsCreation/Execution of Change Management plansConduct Business Impact Assessments and undertake stakeholder analysis (clinical workforce)Develop and manage a range of stakeholder engagement and business readiness activitiesDevelop and monitor clinical change activitiesSound facilitation skills to a diverse set of stakeholders across all levelsExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple, concurrent tasks, and work in a high pressure environmentThis role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a minimum Baseline security clearance with the capability of uplifting to a NV-1 if required.Additional InformationWhat You'll LoveAt Leidos we look after our staff.
