We respect, promote human rights in our decision-making and actions.As the Coordinator Roster Allocations, you will also provide an administrative support function to the Senior Coordinator Operational Support Services and contribute to the delivery of induction and training of OSS staff at Nambour General Hospital.Key Responsibilities include:Establish, review and maintain replacement strategies for short and long-term absences (i.e., sick leave, annual leave, long service leave etc).Develop and review rosters and staffing strategies (including recruitment) to maximise operational efficiencies and meet QH awards and policies.Complete and submit accurate staff movement and leave documentation in a timely manner.Remuneration value up to $89,086 p.a., comprising salary between $71,391 - $78,080 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (004).
