We are hiring a dedicated and reliable Inventory/Warehouse Associate!Position: Inventory/Warehouse Associate. Please note that this is a smaller warehouse environment. We stock inventory at two locations for our fleet of 30 vehicles and growing! No forklift or heavy equipment usage at our facilities.Typical Work Hours: Monday – Friday. Typically, between the hours of 7:30am-4pm. Once schedule is determined, your schedule will remain consistent. Which could mean ZERO cost to you!Dental and Vision insurance available6 paid holidays (one being your birthday!)VacationPTO/Sick Time401k retirement with a 3% company match after one year of employmentWeekly pay!Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate cycle counts of warehouse inventoryPulling vehicle material reports and performing daily replenishmentInspects, verifies and accepts all deliveries according to policyOrdering specialty materials upon technician requestResponsible for tracking and logging material moving in or out of the warehouse to ensure inventory counts are accurateGreat attention to detailCommunicate clearly with technicians and other team membersOccasionally be dispatched to run specialty parts to a job site if needed. (Company vehicle will be used)Restocks supplies and inventory; places orders as needed following min/max procedureRecord and return defective itemsProcesses invoices, supplying necessary data to accounting or other appropriate department for payment and recordkeepingHandles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issuesEnters purchase order data in the inventory control systemMaintains the organization and cleanliness of warehouse and yard areaAssists in full inventory audits and updates of technician vehiclesPerforms other related duties as assignedRequired Skills/AbilitiesProficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel and WordAdaptable to inventory control software (Experience with Service Titan is a plus!)Data entryReliable/DependableExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable with repetitive meticulous tasksAbility to work independently and excellent time management skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsThorough understanding of warehouse policies and proceduresJob RequirementsValid Driver's LicenseMust have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for insurance purposes.Physical RequirementsContinual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, heavy lifting, twisting and carrying.Indoor/Outdoor warehouse environmentPotential exposure to extreme temperaturesMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.Check out more employment opportunities on our site at www.huntsservices.com.
