It is looking for new qualify profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements: expebcibScope and PurposeOverview:Control and analyze day-to-day operational functions of loans and extraordinary operations and process established controls and procedures. Provide and supervise quality client service by prompt responses to queries and ensuring accuracy in loans management and administration.Main activities:Manage and follow up of loans (drawings, rollovers, etc.).Calculate and control booking of commissions related to credit loans (commitment fees, utilisation fees, etc.).Ensure relationship with external and internal counterparties on day to day operations.Book and monitor guarantees and certificates of deposit.Determine and follow up on daily cash and treasury needs.Ensure real-time escalation of any possible operational incidents / loss / complaints to their Team Leader.Analyse critical issues with market counterparties in order to ensure smooth settlement of complicated situations.Help their colleagues in complex situations in the day to day activity where experience is required.Actively assist their Team Leader and propose improvements where necessary.xpebcibRequired ExperienceAn experience in a similar of at least 3 years in a similar position is required.Competencies RequiredBachelor degree (in preference) related to the area of expertise.Accounting ManagementGood knowledge of market practices related to loan transactions.Familiar with Swift messages.Familiar with Banking AccountingQuantitative analysis of transactionsSwift, Microsoft office expertiseExperience with LoanIQ is of advantageIn accordance with the law of July 23, 2016 (Art. 8-5), and as part of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Luxembourg pre-hire background screening process, we apply a risk-based approach to determine the requirement of carrying out such checks on candidates, including criminal record checks.
