As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for formalising technical patterns, refining process, developing rapid prototypes and supporting the industrialisation and broader adoption of new technologies and capabilities.Responsibilities:Develop and manage .NET web applications and APIs.Utilise Python for AI/ML, prototypes, and web frameworks.Work with Azure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.Establish patterns to support enterprise capability.Collaborate with a team focused on innovation and new technologies.Mentor emerging talent and contribute to capability development in the organisation.Capture learnings in documentation, new patterns, libraries, frameworks, and new products.Knowledge and Experience:Expertise in C# and .NET web applications and APIs.Proficiency in Python for AI/ML, prototypes, and web frameworks.Experience with Azure and IaC using Terraform.Ability to establish patterns to support enterprise capability.Experience with analogous technologies and explaining their relevance.Experience in applied AI, innovation, or start-up-like environments.Essential Requirements:Must be able to obtain BaselineDarumatic
