OverviewWe are looking for a high achieving Marketing Leader to lead the Asia-Pacific & Japan Marketing team, play a leading role in our growth across the Region and specifically lead the efforts for ANZ marketing. This Quest Software role will oversee strategic planning plus the development and coordination of APJ marketing and communications programs. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the APJ Marketing Team (including oversight for direct and channel marketing campaigns), as well as developing and implementing demand generation strategies and tactics.Responsibilities-Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, pipeline acceleration and channel engagement in territory through various marketing channels online and offline.-Manages the marketing mix and sales enablement such as the preparation of sales material, controlling marketing communications programs and recommends media best suited to sell products or services.-Identifies, evaluates and resolves marketing related business issues, manages budget across multiple BUs and provides leadership to the APJ Marketing function.-Manages outside vendor relationships.-Oversees the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer requirements to define product strategies and identify product opportunities to expand marketshare,-Ensure close alignment with BDR team and regional sales strategy.-Acts as key liaison between sales and the marketing organization responsible for pipeline generation,-Tracks effectiveness of and ROI from Regional demand generation campaigns,-Track and report Regional marketing lead conversion rates, marketing sourced pipeline and marketing sourced revenue,-Responsible for gathering data insights and communicating the overall effectiveness of marketing programs to marketing and sales leadership.-Supports and guides the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the broader business team.-Of note, this role will manage the broader APJ marketing team but will also be personally responsible for ANZ marketing.Qualifications-Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with a particular focus on managing a diverse team across multiple geographic locations.-Demonstrable understanding of the differing market demands and channel challenges across countries including ANZ, SEA, Japan, Korea and India,-Must be able to develop and implement effective marketing programs tailored to the local requirement faced in each different market,-Critical thinker with good problem-solving skills-Excellent analytical, project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time.-Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing required,-8+ years of managerial experience; leading the marketing function within a software or information technology company.Preferences-Experience working with sales teams and supporting multiple stakeholders-Event management experience-Strong understanding of the APJ Markets and challenges-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications-Knowledge and previous use of Salesforce is desired but not necessary.Company DescriptionAt Quest, we create and manage the software that makes the benefits of new technology real.
