The education provided want a candidate to join their staff in September 2024 on a full time basis in order to support their students facing struggles throughout their academic career.Responsibilities of Classroom Support:Supporting students with various additional needs from 8:30 - 3:30Helping students maintain focus and motivation on lesson materialActing as a role model to studentsBeing a safe space for students to express their feelings and find solutionsCollaborate with class teacher to create engaging lesson plans and tasksParticipate in team meetings regarding students' progressFull training for the roleWorking as Classroom Support will mean providing children with guidance and support throughout the day, with the aim of building the students' confidence and independence.
