About the CompanyOur client is a growing private company looking to hire a Level 1-2 Helpdesk Analyst for a hybrid full time position in Brampton, ON.About the OpportunityThis is a full time position for a Level 1-2 helpdesk specialist who will work on supporting the corporate users for this midsize organizationThe environment is mostly Microsoft stack (eg Windows 10/11, M365, Autopilot, Azure AD, etc)This role will also support peripherals like printers/scanners/etc, VOIP soft phones, routers/switches, mobile devices through MDMThis is a 9am to 5pm position with no on-call or shiftsAbout You2-5 years experience in Level 2 helpdesk positions – phone/email/chat/sms/remote-in with Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops, printers, hardware, Exchange/AD, VPN, VOIP, Office 365, basic Networking, mobile devices, imaging, backups, etcExperience managing Active Directory accounts, groups, GPO, etc.Eagerness to learn and progress, improve IT helpdesk processes/KPIs/etcVery strong communication skills for helpdesk user facing duties, experience providing tech support to non-technical users, mobile users, remote users and VIPsAbility to work in Brampton office 4-5 days per weekNICE-TO-HAVESUnderstanding of ITIL/ITSMUnderstanding of basic networking concepts including routing, subnets and firewalls.MDM experienceSalary Range$60,000 - 70,000/year plus performance bonusHow to ApplyClick the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
