If you're passionate about values, eager to impact the community, and ready to grow personally and professionally you'll be right at home.Coastal Payroll is currently looking to hire a Distribution Specialist to join our distribution team.WHAT YOU'LL DOAccurately print, package, label and send all clients' payrollMonitor and manage late deliveries via courierMaintain accurate documentation of all activity as required by Distribution SOPsUpdate and maintain clients' addressesProvide consistent internal and external customer serviceEffectively maintain production equipmentPrepare and sort incoming mailMaintain department related inventorySupport the client satisfaction and production goals of the departmentMaintain timely response to all support cases and inquiriesCommunicate with client specialist on all delivery errors or concernsConsolidate 3rd party checksComplete ongoing trainingAssist with monthly delivery auditsAssist with tasks/projects as assignedKeep distribution area clean and organized at all timesComplete ongoing internal training as assignedMaintain up-to-date checklists and training manuals for distribution departmentAssist with monthly delivery auditsCheck all supplies and put in requests for any needed suppliesAbility to work extended hours during peak periodsWHAT YOU'LL BRINGMinimum one year of experience in a customer service-related field requiredMinimum one year of experience working in distribution, logistics, or a related fieldMust exhibit a high level of confidentialityCapable of working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlinesExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail; and team playerHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePointWorking knowledge of pressure sealersWorking knowledge of shipping and logistics software (e.g., Deliver-It, UPS Campus Ship, E-Courrier Software, etc.) and working knowledge of all standard office and printing equipment (e.g., isolved Payroll Print Utility, HP 5040 Printers and desktop computers).WHAT WE OFFERPaid time off - vacation, sick, holidaysMedical, dental, and vision insurance401 (k) retirement plan with company matchAFLAC insurance enrollmentEmployee referral bonus programIncredible CultureCoastal Payroll Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer, drug free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.Coastal Payroll
