Come join our amazing team to help us continue to grow our eCommerce channels in Australia !Core ResponsibilitiesReporting to the eCommerce Channel Director ANZ, as an eCommerce Key Account Manager, you will build and maintain winning partner relationships; you will be encouraged to find new solutions with a test and learn approach; and you will balance excellent execution of our BU priorities with a strategic approach to ensure sustainable consumer sales growth.Continue to build strong customer relationships and deliver planned joint business plans.Lead detailed account business planning including short to long term strategy for accounts which are aligned to the strategic direction set for these accounts.Key Account Management responsibility for selling in, consumer sales targets, demand planning, forecasting, and account P&L management.Champion the use of data and undertake analytical reporting including, track and report Consumer Sales, Selling In, In-stocks, Sell through rates and other metric measurements.Define and drive shopper value proposition of accounts to improve commercial opportunities.Build strong collaboration with the Marketing, Finance and Operations team to support the sales initiatives. Liaise between Customers and Order Management to ensure seamless communication and timelines are achieved.Have a learning mentality to adapt to the evolving online retail landscape environment.Personal development – take ownership of your own individual development plan to target priority competencies and stay at the forefront of emerging trends.This role may require you to work with other stakeholders outside of Australia, in a different time zone.Play your part in our team succeeding!The eCommerce team is a dynamic, supportive and professional group who strive to deliver best in class service to our retail partners and accelerate the mutual value of our businesses. The role of the KAM is to represent the LEGO Group in their day to day interactions with our business partners, bringing to life and delivering on our Partner Promise, and in true LEGO fashion, have fun doing it and ultimately bring the LEGO play experience to many more children in Australia.This role will lead Amazon and key strategic accounts within eCommerce, working across the business with multiple functions to drive growth. The successful applicant is encouraged to bring digital and ecommerce expertise and experience to not only drive the success of the channel, but to help build stronger digital capabilities in the Sales team and overall BU to innovate for the future.Do you have what it takesBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related.Experience in Ecommerce or closely related digital field.Experience in working with online platforms, ideally experience with Amazon Retail or in sales function as an account manager/buyer-experience in e-retail.Experience in eComm on-site and off-site campaign/promotion planning and execution with proficiency in data analytics, data-driven mentality.Experience managing digital metrics (UV, CTR, ROAS) and joint business planning.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.Shopper oriented, customer-focused. Familiarity with customer/ partner management with strong influencing skills & effective communication skills.Cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing functions, especially digital marketing (preferably performance marketing).Preferably 10+ years working experience in FMCG and/or Commercial driven functions at international Consumer Goods companies, preferably in front-line roles.Strong financial competence and analysis with the ability to be able to draw recommendations and conclusions.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
