Department & Position Overview:This role sits within the Culture & Engagement Team in the People Function.As a key player in our Culture & Engagement team, you'll be at the heart of helping to shape Civica’s culture, as we transform our business to better serve customers and citizens.Partnering closely with our people, leaders, and managers, you’ll help craft a high-performance culture that drives us towards our goal of becoming a Global GovTech Champion.You will advise and act as a thought-partner on a variety of organisational development topics, designing and implementing strategies that boost employee engagement and drive exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:Being a champion of our culture, helping our teams understand and live our core valuesLeading cultural (change) programmes and initiatives that help us achieve our mission of becoming a Global GovTech Champion, such as refreshing our values, defining our approach to collaboration across a hybrid working environment etcStrengthening people management capability across our organisationLeading our quarterly people survey process and the Peakon platform, and developing our listening approachLeading our efforts on social value; developing our approach to affinity groups, and giving back to the communityBuilding change management capability within the organisationCore Competencies:Proven HR or Organisational Development experience with a strong track record in designing and implementing impactful people strategiesExpertise in organisational development, design, and transformation, from identifying challenges to developing and executing comprehensive solutionsExperience working with organisations going through major transformationDeep understanding of employee engagement strategies, trends and competitor activities to drive positive changeCollaborative problem-solver with a history of delivering successful projects in complex environments.Proven ability to collaborate, communicate and influence effectively within cross-functional, geographically spread teams to achieve shared objectivesDemonstrated success in aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive performance and growthGlobal mindset with experience operating across diverse cultures and geographiesData-driven and insights-oriented, leveraging industry trends to inform strategic decision-makingAdditional KnowledgeExperience of working with PeakonProficient with Microsoft Office and Teams suiteCivica
