We help people live a better, healthier, and fitter lifestyle.Seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Recruitment Specialist for a Maternity Replacement to join our HR team at PM-International.WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for international positions for different subsidiary and our international headquarter in Luxembourg.You will be responsible for Screening resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation and contract drafting.Handle all administrative tasks and paperwork for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.Facilitate the development and implementation of a dedicated training plan for different department: from the identification of needs to the follow-up of training actions.Manage the training budget and comply with internal procurement procedures.Manage the relationship with external training vendors.You will be responsible for managing the co-funding of training programs in INFPC Luxembourg.You create regular recruitment report to the HR Manager.You will be responsible for employee evaluations during probation and annual reviews.Maintaining registration/attendance records of employees in order to prepare reports and studies on training.WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?A degree with a relevant specialization (HR, business administration etc.);Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition, or similar role.Relevant experience in HR recruitment in Luxembourg and knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law would be an asset.Hands-on experience with job sites like LinkedIn, Jobs.lu and Moovijob.Have excellent communication skills in English.
