The Supervisor will oversee and guide the Account Payable team, including assisting staff with problem resolution, training, and process improvement. The Supervisor will support the Accounts Payable Manager in monitoring daily activity.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure timely and accurate month-end closing, including assisting with subledger balancing and monitoring accrual needs.Monitor and assist with P-Card/T&E program administration.Create an environment of continuous process improvement and implement streamlining opportunities.Participate in system and other testing to ensure compliance with internal and external controls.Assist with annual 1099 distribution, reporting and filings.Other duties as assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager.QualificationsMinimum 5 years Accounts Payable experience, preferably at a publicly traded companyMinimum 2 years of supervisor experiencePrevious experience with SAP ERP systemDemonstrated high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products, emphasis on ExcelEnsure timely and accurate month-end closing, including assisting with subledger balancing and monitoring accrual needs.Ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.Display a strong initiative and drive to accomplish goals and meet department and company objectives.Effective problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).Additional InformationCompensationBase Pay Range: $66,560 - $80,000Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of our total awards approach to compensation which is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses or incentives.WorkplaceOne of our values pillars is to work as OneTeam and we believe that there is no replacement for in-person collaboration but understand the value of some flexibility.
