These services involve the management of offshore services, service providers and the coordination of interaction with Regulators, Fund Auditors and Tax Advisors. This is a great opportunity to join a growing multicultural team and company, and to help shape and influence the future operating model of the team with terrific opportunities for self-development and career advancement across a number of different areas of expertise.The key responsibilities of the role include:Preparing reporting for regulators, clients, investors and other parties as requiredCooperation and support for client service teams in responding to client queries.Assisting in the delivery of services including:Luxembourg Legal/Regulatory Reporting productionOther global jurisdictional reporting as per Funds distribution countriesTimely and accurate delivery of daily and periodic data for regulatory and tax reportingCalculation and delivery of dividend distribution calculationsDealing with requests from regulators, auditors and tax advisorsCoordination with internal and external parties ensuring that reports comply with legal requirements in terms of data content, layout and timingSkills/ Qualifications:The successful candidate will benefit from having:Degree (University) in economics/business administration/accountingSome knowledge of fund accounting and Fund legal/regulatory requirements an advantageSome knowledge of the fund administration processes, including regulatory and investor related tax requirements an advantageAccounting knowledge and very good command of MS Excel and MS365, knowledge of GP4 accounting software an advantageStrong analytical, communication, organisation and coordination skillsStrong data analysis and attention to detail skills required.A very good command of English is essential.
