We offer the salary and benefits of the bigger companies with the added bonus of a flexible workplace and a great work-life balance.Scope of Work:Capio Group is looking for an experienced Business Solutions Analyst to work as part of a team to successfully provide information technology consulting services in the evaluation of Clients Managed Care capitation business needs, business processes, accounting processes, data systems, and strategic plans. The Business Solutions Analyst will define and document the business needs of the stakeholders and the problems with the current systems to meet the clients Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) Stage One Business Analysis.The Business Solutions Analyst will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:Engage with stakeholders to develop a complete understanding of current Managed Care payment and accounting processes and challenges to improving them.Assist clients to establish and prioritize OKR for improved Managed Care payment and accounting processes.Discover and document opportunities for achieving OKR through business process re-engineering, current technology enhancements, and/or identifying new technology needs.Identify the affected programs, user types, and Happiest Path user journeys for internal and external participants in the Managed Medi-Care payment and accounting processes.Understand and document the additional scenarios that any solutions would need to address and relative importance to OKR.Write proposals and document solution alternatives for the future state of managed care payment and accounting that include financial management best practices.Work with Clients technical teams to determine the scalable architecture for the alternative solutions; align the future state of managed care payment and accounting with Clients Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure initiatives.Develop and present implementation plans and roadmaps to Clients executives for the future state of managed care payment and accounting.Work with health care plans, oversight agencies, and federal partners as necessary to secure support for proposals related to the future state of managed care payment and accounting.Mandatory Experience: * Must have a minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.Within the last five (5) years, must have a minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience soliciting and documenting business requirements for large scale Information Technology Systems.Within the last three (3) years, must have a minimum one (1) year of FTE experience with Agile/SCRUM system development methodologies.Must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis). A copy of the degree must be provided upon request.Must provide at least two (2) references from previous engagements of similar size, scope, and type of service.Desirable Experience: * Within the last five (5) years, must have FTE experience working with the Medicare/Medicaid/Medi-Cal program.Within the last three (3) years, must have FTE experience working with financial management and/or accounting information technology systems.Must have a current and valid Business Analyst’s certification or CBAP, through an accredited entity such as the International Institute of Business Analysis or the Project Management Institute.
