Your responsibilities will encompass Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organisational Capability, Performance Achievement, Training and Development, Succession Planning, and Compensation. You will lead a global People Experience team, collaborating with regional leaders to ensure our initiatives align with the company's strategic vision and objectives. This position requires a forward-thinking leader who can foster a positive work culture, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Human Resources Planning: Develop and implement HR strategy and plans to support business objectives. Serve as a strategic advisor to executive and senior leaders on key organisational and management issues. Collaborate with senior management to understand workforce needs and anticipate future talent requirements. Partner with Probe ELT members to ensure inter-locked functions and cohesive operations. Effectively manage functional budgets and forecasts.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Develop and implement a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of skilled and diverse professionals. Implement best practices for candidate assessment, selection, and onboarding.Employee Development & Performance Management: Design and implement talent development programs to nurture employees' skills, competencies, and career progression. Establish a performance management system that promotes continuous feedback, goal alignment, and recognition. Identify critical roles and establish succession plans. Develop and manage a people risk plan.Culture & Employee Engagement: Nurture a positive and inclusive company culture that reflects Probe’s core values. Initiate programs to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and work-life balance. Develop and implement the organisation’s Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) program.Compensation & Benefits: Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent while ensuring fair and equitable practices across Probe. Implement a competitive, cost-effective compensation framework linked to performance.HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Continuously review and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and best practices.Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Provide mentorship and guidance to support team members' professional development. Determine KPIs for functional teams and implement opportunities for employees to upskill.About YouYou are a seasoned PX leader with a proven track record in driving human resources strategy and execution within a large global organisation. Your background includes extensive experience in talent acquisition, talent management, organisational capability, performance achievement, training and development, succession planning, and compensation. You are adept at fostering a positive work culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Key Skills and Attributes:Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a large global organisation.Experience with supporting PX teams in the PhilippinesAble to effectively manage in an agile/fast-paced business.A hands-on attitude with a proven can do capability.Experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of strategic HR planning and executionAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levelsDeep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.Ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.If you are a visionary HR leader who thrives on driving strategic initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture, we want to hear from you!
