We are looking for an ambitious and organised Project Manager to join our Sustainability team at RY.At Radley Yeldar, we are made up of more than 200 specialist reporting consultants, brand and digital strategists, creatives, filmmakers, UX designers, developers, employee engagement experts and sustainability gurus. Project management sits at the heart of everything we do. It’s integral to ensuring we produce the very best work for our clients and helping to achieve our vision ‘to create a world that believes in business’.As a Project Manager, you embody collaboration and competence in all areas of project and programme management. You are an expert in planning, managing and implementing complex work, whilst building positive team cultures, facilitating communication, and managing the quality and profitability of our work to the highest standards. You’ll need to demonstrate this with evidence to be considered for the role.Our successful candidate will need to have a genuine interest in sustainability and its role in the business world.Responsibilities includeLeading the delivery of projects, from scoping and costs estimation, to initiation, through to production, QA and wash upEnsuring visual and written content quality, as well as technical quality across all deliverables to meet our standards and client expectationsCoordinating teams of 5-10 peopleCollaborating with strategic, creative, production, digital and film teams as well as internal workflow, finance, studio and business development teams, ensuring all members of project teams know their role and what is expected of themManaging all project communications, meetings and workshops, preparing agendas and meeting minutesCreating detailed project and workstream plansOwning scoping and statements of work, in collaboration with creative and consulting leadsAssessing client, team, methodology, timing, budget and quality related risks, and identifying and implementing smart solutionsEnsuring timesheets and resourcing are accurate and actively managed and resolving any conflictsDefining and managing project governance, and ensuring all deliverablesMitigating against risks and tracking issues, escalating concerns to client management colleagues and senior-level project management before they become criticalMaintaining robust project financial governance – ensuring that payment plans, billing, POs and client financial information are accurate and completed on timeProducing regular reconciliations and status reports for the clientRequirementsProject management expertiseA solid project manager with previous PM experience, ideally working in a design agency, strategic consultancy or equivalent role in a client organisationExperienced in scoping different types of strategic and creative work, writing proposals, SoWs and change requests, and taking ownership of themExperience of working on reporting production with an understanding of managing platforms such as Workiva and CtrlPrint would be advantageousA well organised and logical thinkerObsessed about the quality of outputs and outcomesA good balance of IQ and EQ, someone who is believable and a ‘safe pair of hands’Communications and team builderAn enthusiastic team player with a proven record in building strong team cultures and lasting relationships who relishes developing good working relationships with colleagues across different areas of the businessAn exceptional eye for detail, proactively flagging mistakes or when work goes off-briefExcellent written and verbal communicationAn expert in enabling a smooth and tailored delivery experience for everyone involvedCommercially savvyCompetent in managing project governance from set-up to implementationCommercially savvy with experience in tracking and managing financialsPassion for corporate sustainabilityPassionate about corporate sustainability, with a demonstrable interest and knowledge in corporate sustainability issuesYou’re have tonnes of energy and are enthusiastic about the positive contribution business can make to environment and societyThis is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of our sustainability team with limitless opportunities to work with some of the world’s most innovative and interesting companies.At RY, you’ll enjoy a fun and inspirational place to work, alongside some of the brightest and best in the business, a competitive salary benchmarked against industry standards, a culture that nurtures learning and development and embraces the flexibility of working from home and days in the Shoreditch office.If this sounds like the role you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you.Radley Yeldar
