In this role, you will support the Property Management team in the day-to-day operations, providing outstanding service to our tenants and customers.You will be a key member of an engaged, high-reaching team—part of a world-class, winning culture that prioritizes people development and focuses on long-term growth. We go above and beyond to protect and grow relationships by anticipating needs, being honest and considerate and valuing customers as genuine partners.As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:Ensuring prompt and courteous attention to tenant requestsVisit tenants and develop ongoing relationships to understand tenant needs and concernsWrite tenant communication lettersArrange and complete Tenant move in/out inspectionsMarketing including app updates, posters, ENN screens, lunch and learns, building wide eventsAssist in overseeing conference centres, fitness facilities, tenant & specialty leasing lobby eventsLease interpretation and ensure adherence to requirementsPreparation of monthly a quarterly reports variance analysisTo succeed in this role, you:Post-secondary degree with focus in business or real estateDemonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities under pressure with careful attention to detailDemonstrated analytical and decision-making skillsStrong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office requiredExcellent communication skills both written and oralStrong interpersonal skills for working closely with customers and tenantsThis role is in-person 5 days a weekThe standard salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 per year.Base pay is determined by the market location and may fluctuate based on job-related expertise, skills, experience, and internal fairness.#LI-Onsite#IDOPGIOur story:Oxford Properties Group (“Oxford”) is a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and business builder.
