Join Black Star Pastry at our Westfield Burwood Pop-Up!Black Star Pastry invites you to join our newest adventure at Westfield Burwood, located in Sydney's inner west, from August 2024 to January 2025.As a Front of House luminary, you'll be at the forefront of our culinary galaxy, creating an atmosphere that sparkles with warmth, service excellence, and the unmistakable touch of Black Star magic.About the RoleYour mission, should you choose to accept it, is to guide visitors to our Pop Up through a culinary adventure like no other!Your day will include setting up the space, greeting and serving customers, answering questions & making recommendations on the products, and finishing with a smooth pack-down at the end of the day.You will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, and contributing to the creation of a fun and welcoming atmosphere.For sale will be our signature cakes, including the famous Strawberry Watermelon Cake, specialty pastries, and Black Star Pastry’s merchandise range, including our Keep Cups, produced in collaboration with the iconic Frank Green.Full training on our products and point of sale will be provided.Hours are as follows -Mon to Wed 9.30am - 6pmThursday 9.30am - 9pmFriday 9.30am - 6pmSaturday 9am - 6pmSunday 10am - 6pmAbout YouWe're searching for individuals who genuinely enjoy connecting with people and get a kick out of environments centred around customer satisfaction.Whether you have experience in hospitality, events, or customer service, we value your skill in forming authentic connections with customers.Our ideal candidates are outgoing, fun and down-to-earth, with a sincere love for people...AND cake!How to ApplyIf you're someone who enjoys making meaningful connections and brings a positive, genuine approach to your work, we'd love to hear from so please apply now with your resume.Black Star Pastry
