ErpaHR is recruiting for his client, an international company in the field of Electronic Manufacturing Services and his portolio ranges from engineering to electronic component production and cable.Main responsabilities:Provide first and second level helpdesk support to users;Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure;Operation and maintenance of VMware infrastructure;IT support for process development and optimizations;Provide technical support, training, and direction to staff to ensure effective use of systems;Perform regular maintenance on software & associate ancillary equipment to maintain optimal efficiency;Required skills and qualifications:English - Intermediate/Advanced;Knowledge of computer systems, networks and troubleshooting techniques;Experience in M365, Windows server, backup and log monitoring;Strong ticket management skills;Critical thinker, strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude;What we offer:Competitive salary;Meal tickets;Great opportunities for advancement;Full fuel discount.Our client is an international company in the field of Electronic Manufacturing Services.
