Job description: Your main activities will include the following:Working independently and as part of a team, you will be primarily responsible for low level design, development, implementation, maintenance and support of the ServiceNow systems, with additional activities within the wider set of business systems for Daisy Corporate Services.You will have a focus on supporting our customers and prospects with their ServiceNow engagement with Daisy. This includes building high level and low level designs based on customer requirements, and working with the existing ServiceNow Development team to build and maintain source code and documentation.Your Qualifications:A bachelor degree in a relevant field is an advantage but not mandatoryIdeally, you will have excellent communication and organisation skills, and ability to communicate design ideas at varying technical levels and with customers.Technical skills required in:ServiceNow (ITSM, CSM, CMDB)JavaScriptSelf-starter with the ability to work with limited supervisionDesirable but not essential:ServiceNow modules – ITBM, CSMServiceNow Domain Separated instances and eBonding/Service Bridge integrationSQL/Database principalsIntegrations/API/BizTalk/LogicAppsXML/jQuery/JSONFamiliarity with the Agile development methodologyOur offer:A particularly attractive salary package, with many additional benefits, to attract the best of you.
