We respect, protect and promote human rights in our decision-making and actions.Key Responsibilities include:Contribute to positive patient outcomes by:- providing supervision, coordination, and leadership to effectively assess, plan, manage and evaluate patient outcomes at an advanced practitioner level particularly for patients with unpredictable outcomes- using evidence based clinical practice that maintains patient safety- leading management and coordination of more complex patients- facilitating accurate and timely communication to drive effective multidisciplinary team functioning- role modelling best practice in clinical and professional domainsProvide leadership and nursing expertise to help achieve unit specific and organisational goals, key performance indicators and relevant standards.Facilitate a learning environment by acting as a clinical and educational resource, encouraging and supporting professional development and role modelling lifelong learning.Remuneration value up to $10991.66 p.m., comprising salary between $4138.10 - $4431.10 p.f. (f/t) or salary rates: $54.44 - $58.30 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6(1) (Fixed Term Temporary Full Time and/or Part Time positions available for up to 12 months.).
