Their history and heritage is deeply rooted in music, building a portfolio of 20 global festivals before selling the portfolio in 2019 to focus on their growing portfolio of venues that includes Printworks London, Depot Mayfield Manchester, Drumsheds London, Exhibition London and Magazine London.Collectively we strive to push boundaries and disrupt the cultural landscape by combining big thinking, bold ideas and commercial intelligence to produce spaces and experiences for discerning audiences in inspiring locations.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:As the Production Warehouse Video/LED Technician, you will be responsible for checking in and out our large stock of video equipment, including a range of LED wall equipment (Absen), switchers (Barco & Roland), commercial displays/TVs, IT equipment and cabling. You’ll manage the ongoing maintenance and repairs of the AV stock. You will have the support of the wider warehouse team and will be expected to assist with other aspects of the production warehouse when needs be.WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Prepping video equipment from a prepared list and advising on any shortages.Checking in and maintaining the equipment.Ensuring that the video stock inventory is kept up to date, stored correctly and is properly labelled and tracked.Work closely with the Production Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that all client jobs are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.Abide by all warehouse policies and procedures, ensuring that all safety regulations are followed.Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure that all items are accounted for and that discrepancies are resolved promptly.Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, ensuring that all aisles, racks, and storage areas are properly maintained.YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:At least 2 years of experience of dealing with the latest AV equipment.Knowledge to be able troubleshoot and repair faulty or broken AV equipment i.e. soldering, cable repair etc.At good understanding of electronics.Experience working with a large-scale inventory management system such as Current RMS is preferred.Strong organisational and production management skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple preps simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to warehouse operations.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.Proficient in Microsoft/Google packages.This is a full-time position that may require work outside of regular business hours.
