This technology, the same as that relied on by our institutional customers, is now available to any developer, regardless of their sector or level of blockchain expertise:The RoleWe are currently seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Account Executive, Team Leader (AE) to join our team at Quant. As an AE, your primary focus will be generating new business from medium-sized clients, with a particular emphasis on the financial services industry. The role will also provide direction and support for our growing Sales team, based in London. Your main responsibilities will involve handling inbound leads, converting them onto Quant's innovative SaaS blockchain solution in addition to providing local Team leadership support to other direct sales Team members.Convert inbound leads onto Quant's SaaS blockchain solution by providing comprehensive product information and addressing client needs.Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Quant's blockchain solutions and effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients.Conduct engaging presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and achieve targets.Provide direction and local first line management support to our other Sales Team members, based in London (Currently a Team of 2).Completing contracting and onboarding activities in accordance with internal governance and experience requirements, respectivelySupport with sales (KPI) reporting, to ensure that performance can be quantifiably tracked and measuredIdentify opportunities to upsell and cross sell – ensuring longevity of the customer relationship, whilst driving sales growth for QuantRequirementsProven experience in selling SaaS and/or APi solutions.Proven track record of selling into the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem.Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take ownership of C-level relationships and conversations.Prior supervisory/Team leadership experience of setting and reviewing objectives; coaching; mentoring alongside developing new business.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.BenefitsLife at QuantWe aim to be one of the most desirable employers in fintech, somewhere you are valued and inspired to do the best work of your career, alongside a high-performance team that feels the same.
