Technical Writer – Optimy.aiOptimy.ai is expanding, and we're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for our Sales-focused e-commerce platform within the automotive industry. Our eCommerce division, Optimy.ai offers businesses a video chat tool, Optimy, that is the first eCommerce plug-in that allows for a live video chat conversation within the customer's web browser that is 100% private & secure. The video chat function lets businesses interact with customers and sell products online, just like they would in-store, increasing conversion rates from site visits to sales revenueKey Responsibilities:Write, edit, and organize clear, concise, and comprehensive technical content for new and existing software features.Create and update detailed API documentation to assist developers in understanding and utilizing our APIs effectively.Structure and organize documentation hierarchically to enhance user experience, making information easily accessible for both technical and non-technical users.Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate, complete documentation.Edit and review documentation to ensure clarity, coherence, and consistency across all technical content.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.Familiarity with Git and content management solutions.Experience writing documentation for projects based on JavaScript (JS), PHP, SQL, and Python.Experience creating detailed API documentation for a developer audience.Familiarity with the Agile development process.Experience using software or hardware systems via direct experimentation (e.g., reading and running code).Benefits:Full time remote scheduleCompetitive salaryOngoing training and development opportunitiesExciting opportunities for career advancementHealth Care Spending AccountKognitive Sales Solutions
