An all-day family-friendly dining and drinks destination that specialises in fresh Mediterranean cuisine and artisanal sourdough pizzas in the scenic Berkshire countrysideFind out more about The Boxford by visiting our website:Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the team at our vibrant new establishment where we serve over 800 guests each week.About the Chef de Partie role:Food preparation, stock rotation and food labellingGeneral cleaning dutiesEnsuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all timesContribute to the development and planning of new products, menus, and promotions to enhance customer experienceCarry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.Hours per week: 45QualificationsProficiency in diverse cooking techniques and cuisinesAbility to display a real passion for food and customer serviceFlair and innovative with menus and food presentationExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAdditional InformationWSH Restaurants has built a family-feel culture where we offer development and progression for all.
