Everyone is committed to delivering great outcomes for our customers, and you will have the chance to change the face of payments and commerce for Australian businesses.About the roleAs the Marketing Automation Manager at Tyro, you will design and build the architecture and infrastructure of our marketing automation platforms, ensuring the secure, scalable, and effective delivery of campaigns. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to develop complex systems integrating multiple tools, channels, data sources, and processes, ensuring customer data is captured, activated, addressable, reportable, and compliant.At Tyro, we utilise Adobe Marketo, supported by Salesforce CRM, for our B2B marketing, communications, and lead-capture efforts. Your expertise with these platforms, along with your experience with other marketing automation tools, will be essential to your success in this role.This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.What you'll do:Oversee and deliver campaign and automation requests, ensuring compliance with Australian legislation for outbound communications.Manage the integration and dependencies between the martech stack and core business systems, implementing pathways with customer data platforms.Lead projects to improve structured data within martech platforms, ensuring compliant and structured data capture and attribution.Support and plan campaigns to nurture, convert, engage, and retain customers, incorporating downstream data sources for comprehensive performance reporting.Facilitate knowledge transfer and upskill team members in martech operations, driving effective communication and engagement strategies across all channels.What you'll bring:Marketing Automation Expertise: Extensive experience with Adobe Marketo and Salesforce, including successful implementation and management of marketing automation platforms.Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and campaign optimisation, with proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customisation being highly advantaegousProject Management and Communication: Excellent project management skills and effective communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.Industry Knowledge: Experience in the insurance or financial services sector, with commercial acumen and understanding of marketing and customer data analysis.Tyro Payments
