Additionally, they enhance employer branding and internal communication initiatives. By deeply engaging in business partnering, the People team works closely with other departments and management to align HR strategies with the company's business goals.As a Reward & People Insights leader at Endava you will develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive compensation and benefits and people insights strategies that align with the company's business objectives and talent needs. Operating under broad direction, this role is focused on developing, influencing and delivering reward strategies and people insights in a founder-led, NYSE listed professional services consulting business, to ensure that the application of reward frameworks are competitive, equitable, align with Endava’s core values and pay philosophy and comply with global regulations. Benefits decisions are predominantly decentralised and managed regionally under a global governance framework.Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Contribute to the development a global reward strategy tailored for a professional services consulting environment. Ensure alignment with the organisation’s business goals and talent management strategy.Global Governance Framework: Establish and maintain a global governance framework for compensation and benefits, ensuring regional adherence to global standards and compliance with local regulations.Policy and Program Design: Design and oversee the development of compensation structures and incentive plans that are competitive within the consulting industry. Ensure these programs are equitable and cost-effective, aligning with the Company vision.Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analyses to benchmark company compensation against industry standards and trends specific to professional services consulting. Make data-driven recommendations for adjustments, whilst aligning closely to Endava’s pay philosophy and strategic priorities.Regional Coordination: Coordinate with regional People and benefits teams to ensure that local benefits programs align with global guidelines while addressing regional needs and compliance requirements.Budget Management: Develop and manage the global compensation budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals and constraints, in close collaboration with the CEO and finance team.Employee Communication: Working with internal specialists, create and implement communication strategies to effectively inform employees about compensation and global governance framework for benefits programs.Technology Utilization: Leverage HR technology and systems to streamline compensation processes and ensure data accuracy and efficiency.Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a global team of SMEs. Provide guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities.Collaboration: Partner with People business partners, talent acquisition, finance, and other stakeholders to align compensation initiatives with broader People and organisational strategies.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global programs, ideally in a professional services or consulting company.Knowledge: Deep understanding of global compensation practices, regulations, and trends. Familiarity with various compensation benchmarking tools and surveys, particularly in the consulting industry.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable plans.Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.Cultural Competence: Experience working in a diverse, global environment. Ability to understand and respect cultural differences.Working Conditions:Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.Environment: hybrid working model.
