We are innovative, progressive and committed to making a positive difference in our communities in which we operate.We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as Jobs Advisor within our Digital Services team.The Role - A Day in the Life of a Jobs Advisor - DigitalAs a Jobs Advisor - Digital you will engage with customers through various digital media platforms (e.g. phone, text, MS Teams) to ensure they remain actively engaged throughout their journey to obtain sustainable employment. You will be contacting customers regularly to develop strong working relationships and liaising with internal departments to identify and refer them to suitable employment and training opportunities.Your Key Responsibilities will include;Providing high level personalised support and service to our customersActively promoting ETC’s services to local industry, employers and jobseekersAssess suitability for opportunities and refer customers to external employers and/or internal training opportunities that will support them finding sustainable employmentAchieve agreed objectives and targetsCriteria for SuccessCustomer service skills and/or experienceExceptional communication skillsA high level of computer literacyA passion for helping othersA current, clear National Police CheckA current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue CardWhy work for ETCWe pride ourselves on offering a positive work culture and environment for employees to achieve their best.
