Polished techniques meet modern twists to highlight distinctive herb and spice elements on our finely curated menu.We have an exciting new opportunity for energetic and vibrant Food & Beverage Attendants joining our Spice Central Kitchen and Bar team on a Part Time basis.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a ‘guest obsessed’ Food & Beverage professionals who think outside the box, have exceptional customer service skills, and will take our guests on a memorable journey throughout their dining experience.This is a great opportunity to build your own skills and expertise to reach your personal and career goals.By joining the team, you will unleash a huge array of great employee benefits. #WeAreHeartistsIn this role you will:Explain the menu to guests, offer advice and recommendations, and assist those with special dietary needs or preferences.Have a thorough understanding of the wine menu and provide excellent food/wine matching recommendations to guests.Liaise with the kitchen team throughout the service period to ensure a seamless dining experience.Clear and reset tables to a high standard and ensure service areas are clean and tidy.Prepare a range of beverages (including cocktails) and espresso coffee to a high standard.Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.QualificationsWe are looking for:Individuals with a friendly, customer-focused attitude with the aim to provide total customer satisfaction.A passion for excellent food and wine.Good level of food, wine & general beverage knowledge and an interest to keep learning.Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient.Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a must.Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients.A high standard of grooming and presentation.Availability until late a must - you will be closing the restaurant for our guests!Flexibility regarding your work availability is essential, as we operate 7 days a week, including public holidays AM & PM shifts highly regardedKnowledge and experience in bar service and mixology a bonusAdditional InformationWhat is in it for you?Fun and friendly work environment.
