THE BUSINESS;An exciting opportunity for Labourers has become available with an industry leader in the bulk grain and bulk liquid field. Located along the Brisbane river at Murarrie, this enormous site deals in the import and export of bulk grain and bulk liquid products and are one of Australia’s state-of-the-art and most efficient terminals.WHAT YOU WILL DO;Receiving Bay Operator – Receiving grain trucks and tipping them over a grate.Sample Testing Operator - Spearing and testing grain trucks to ensure they meet GTA (Grain Trade Australia) standards.Sample Computer Operator – Confirming trucks details and entering quality data. Coordinating truck movements on our 20 acre site.Tank Farm Operator – Loading and unloading of bulk liquid trucks.General on site labouring – General tasks across the site. Mustn’t be afraid to get dustyFront End Loader Operator – Using a FEL and push bar to build a quality grain stack.Forklift Operator – Standard 3mt forklift for general use.Loading and unloading of grain and bulk liquid vessels. Roles range from being a ship loader operator to controlling hoppers in a tunnel.Frequent manual handling of up to 25kgsWHAT YOU WILL NEED;Have LF and FEL TicketPhysically fit and happy to perform labouring duties as requiredCar and licence to get to and from work as there is no public transport availableMust be able to pass a drug and alcohol testExperience with Microsoft office and emailsTHE DETAILS;Shift times: Must be available for day shift (5am-1pm) and afternoon shift (1-9pm) plus regular overtime.
