Exciting opportunity to join SA’s iconic RAA Insurance Optimisation & Transformation TeamFull-time permanent position based at Mile End with Hybrid WFHJoin a high performing team with a fun, inclusive and supportive cultureReporting to the Manager of Automation and Improvement, you will have a fantastic opportunity to contribute to improvements in Member experience and operational efficiency through the identification and implementation of change initiatives and the coordination of business improvement projects across the Insurance business. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for:Leading and delivering business improvement projects targeted at enhancing Member experience and operational efficiencies.Designing streamlined business processes to accommodate the implementation of new systems.Utilise tools familiar to continuous improvement practitioners including team based brainstorming workshops, process observation and mapping and data collection and analysis.Adopt preferred methodologies for continuous improvement, with a particular focus on the use of Lean and Six Sigma principles.Providing quality data to assist with the prioritisation of business improvement initiatives and projects.Assist with data collection, reporting & analysis requirements.Plus, much more.About youYou are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture.
