Job Description:Social Worker - Grade 2Progress your careerFriendly and dynamic teamPermanent, full time position based at St Vincent’s Hospital MelbourneAbout the RoleAn opportunity currently exists for an experienced Grade 2 Social Worker to join our team on a permanent basis. At St Vincent’s we have an approach to working with patients which puts them at the heart of their care. This position will work with patients in our acute medicine team based at Fitzroy. To be successful in this position, it is essential that you have experience working in an inpatient hospital social work position.
