Fully on site, with 5 days per weekLocation: Central LondonTo be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates:speak excellent level of Mandarin and Englishcan read and type simplified Chinesehave sales experience in real estate or luxury goods, and familiar with UK property marketare flexible to work on weekend shiftIf that means this job isn’t a match for you please view our other vacancies for one that may be a better fit.Summary:To provide a professional and efficient service to all prospective and current customers and to secure the required profitable sales with the aim of achieving financial targets the team.What You'll be Doing:Support the onsite sale team maintain presentation of the sales areas to the highest standardResearch the marketplace and use the data to sell above the competitionEffectively manage a sales database to optimise opportunitiesGenerate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activityApply effective selling skills to exceed required profitable sales targetsSupport progress secured reservations to completionAnticipate and manage the threat of cancellation and minimise the cancellation ratesEnsure a smooth journey for the customer and the company during the legal processEffectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer serviceWork as a participative member of the China desk teamEffectively manage all sales administration to ensure that correct reporting is providedEffectively manage and resolve any customer complaints and queries in a timely mannerActively focus on self-development and the improvement of sales and sales management skillsRepresent the company to the highest possible standards of businessCover other sites when needConduct viewings of the marketing suites appropriate with agents and potential buyers from the Chinese marketAssist the Sales and Marketing teams in the preparation of onsite events for Chinese and international marketsThe Skills You'll Need to Succeed:Sales experience within the new homes, luxury goods or residential estate agency;Must be proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in Mandarin and English;Experience dealing with high net worth individualsExcellent customer service skills in line with the team of providing world-class serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience undertaking money laundering assessmentsProactive, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlookFlexible, tolerant and reliable; credible, and comfortable in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholdersAbility to appreciate the big picture, whilst having a talent for detail & an inherent thoroughness in task approach, follow-up & completionShow passion for making a difference to our customersBuild trusted relationships through clear communicationWork collaboratively with colleagues, be straight-forward and openInvest in own and others’ learning and developmentInquisitive, share new ideas with colleagues and embrace changeDeliver a stretching workload, get the details right first timeUse information to make effective and safe business decisionsPlease follow us on Linkedin:We would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
