Join us as our Chief Event Officer and lead a team that brings excitement and joy to thousands of customers!As the Event Director, you will be at the heart of our dynamic operations, ensuring every driving experience is seamless, safe, and sensational. You will manage a dedicated team of 12 and a network of 1000 freelancers, orchestrating 250+ events annually at 24 locations across the UK.Our events are legendary, drawing in crowds of over 400 customers daily, supported by up to 100 freelance staff on busy days.What You will Do:● Lead and Innovate: Oversee the delivery of all events, continually evolving and optimizing the customer journey to ensure every event is a hit.● Team Leadership: Be the guardian of our vibrant staff culture, managing the recruitment, retention, and performance of our freelance and permanent teams.● Set Standards: Define and uphold the standards for health & safety, customer service, and professionalism, ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.● Strategic Impact: As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll collaborate with various departments, driving results that enhance our overall business success.● Career Development: Support your team’s growth by setting targets, objectives, and helping them develop their careers.● Financial Stewardship: Balance on-event revenue with customer satisfaction, ensuring our events make commercial sense.Location: Prestwold Driving Centre, PrestwoldReporting to: CEORequirementsAbout You:You would describe yourself as an experienced leader, someone who thrives in delivering multiple events, setting the standard for professionalism and customer service.
