The role involves compassion, empathy and providing peace of mind to pet owners during a sensitive time. If you are someone who thrives on making a difference in people's lives, then this role is your opportunity to shine.Duties of a Delivery Driver:Carrying out pet collections from veterinary clinics, which entails handling deceased animals with respect and dignity (all pets are hygienically bagged and kept chilled)Collecting pets from owners' homesReturning pet ashes to clients at home and in veterinary clinicsThoroughly reviewing and accurately fulfilling system requirements with meticulous attention to detailEnsuring that vehicle and work areas are maintained at the highest standardsNavigating daily runs with efficiency aligned to the run requirementsAbout you:A passion for helping others at difficult timesCompassion for animals and emotional intelligenceExceptional customer service skills, you're an effective and clear communicatorStrong organisational skills and thrives working in a clean and tidy environmentAn ability to handle deceased pets in a professional and compassionate mannerCapable to lift pets of all sizes using safe lifting procedures.
