In this pivotal role, you'll drive the strategic direction of our development team and processes, ensuring the timely delivery of innovative, high-quality digital solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, outstanding leadership ability, and a passion for building a world-class development environment. We develop industry-leading solutions across software development, analytics, artificial intelligence, and more.Your key responsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.Develop and implement PMO processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure project success.Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring resource allocation, budget management, and timelines are adhered to.Collaborate with senior leadership to define project priorities, objectives, and deliverables.Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders on milestones, risks, and issues.Drive the adoption of project management tools and software within the team.Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams and departments.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.To qualify for the role, you must haveBachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
