Job DescriptionCustomer Technical ManagerWest EssexSalary – £45,000-55,000Private Health CareKey responsibilities:Coordinating site technical standardsTo support and guide the site TM, QA manager, QA team and Operations teams in technical requirements and standards.To assist internal departments in reviewing and revising their procedures and records as they affect technical requirements.Communicate within the Business to ensure all stakeholders are aware of and adhere to the technical standards required by customers.Coordinate and cascade any customer changes as they affect policy or product to ensure ongoing internal compliance with customer requirements.Ensure technical compliance to customer requirements by monitoring and inputting into relevant technical systems:SpecificationsArtworkCustomer complaints and quality queriesProduct rejections.Coordinating and communicating customer technical targets, priorities, and objectives; making them relevant to the business.Identify technical opportunities that would benefit the business and its customers, and implement the related project work.Meet your consultantRyan BaptieDR Newitt
