This position is receiving incoming calls for customer service only—no sales! As the company's first point of contact, a customer service representative is in charge of interacting with clients, offering assistance with a range of questions, and making sure the client is treated professionally while encouraging a positive experience. This is a fantastic opportunity with room for advancement and development.Responsibilities:· Establish a consultative rapport-building approach with customers.· Attend to the customers' needs in order to provide them with a unique and positive answer to their questions.· Show that you know a great deal about the services the company offers in order to deliver outstanding customer service.· Make sure that all administrative tasks are executed precisely.· Previous experience in customer service is necessary for this role.Our Perfect Worker· Our ideal customer service representative will be a dedicated worker who can function both independently and in a team in a hectic setting while paying close attention to detail.· Positivity and a can-do attitude toward all situations and problems.· Ability to work well in a team.· Capability to manage and organize own workload, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.· Effectiveness under pressure.· Ability to be trusted and handle work of a confidential nature.
