Job Description
Responsibilities:Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stationsPreparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacksPlating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidanceWorking with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on timeWashing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shiftsEnsuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulationsQualifications:Completion of vocational school or a two-year associate degree3-5 years of cooking experience in a restaurant kitchenAre you fluent in Spanish? (Required)Excellent kitchen administration knowledge and ability to work as part of a teamStrong organization and active listening skillsThe ability to work on your feet for most of the day and lift 30 pounds at a timeExceptional time management skillsCompensation: $18-$20/HR No Third Party Agencies or Submissions Will Be Accepted.Our company is committed to creating a diverse environment.
