Tools and Equipment Rental Coordinator - Permanent - 16980About the OpportunityOur client is an employee-owned general contractor known for its unwavering commitment to building better communities and creating brighter futures. The Tools and Equipment Rental Coordinator will assist with the tools and equipment by being the manager in organizing, tracking and distributing tools and equipment to the construction sites. This individual also will assist with general yard cleanup and other assigned duties.Duties include but are not limited to:Tacking inventory, coordinating external equipment rentals, filling customers' orders and keeping accurate, legible, updated paperworkBeing responsible for the proper completion of all vehicle inspection reportsCommunicate with the manager about problem tools or trendsCoordinate equipment repairs with vendorsSend out tools for major repairs as necessaryAbout YouThe successful candidate will have the following:Experience in tool/shop workBroad technical understanding of tools and materialsKnowledge of maintenance schedules and rental contractsExperienced in a wide range of digital tools, including intranets, websites, media monitoring and social media managementHow to ApplyPlease apply by clicking the “Apply Now” button below and follow the instructions to submit your résumé.
