Job DescriptionLegal Counsel (m/f/d)For our Legal and Compliance Department, we are looking for Legal Counsel (m/w/d) - The hiring location will be LuxembourgSaarGummi is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of high-quality sealing systems for the automotive industry. Our customers include almost all well-known automotive manufacturers. With more than 6000 employees, we currently operate in Asia, Europe, North and South America. We attach particular importance to working in partnership with our customers and jointly developing tailored solutions from the initial idea through to implementation in the series production process.Your tasks:Advise the business on a broad range of legal matters , commercial, data privacy, intellectual property, employment, corporate, competition and regulatory mattersDraft, negotiate and review general terms of business, commercial agreements from customers, suppliers and other business counterpartsHandle claims and disputes, supervise the work of external legal counselsProvide general legal advice on applicable laws and regulationsContribute to the drafting and implementation of corporate and compliance policiesProvide advice on Export control and Sanctions against embargo countries and individualsProvide internal training to key stakeholdersYour qualifications:Master of Law from an EU accredited law schoolAt least 2 years of experience working in-house (preferably) and/or law firmGERMAN and ENGLISH MandatoryWorking knowledge of Czech, Slovak, Polish or Spanish is welcomeExcellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholdersStrong analytical skills, results oriented, assertive and a team playerOur offer:30 days of holidaysInteresting and challenging legal tasks in a dynamic international groupProfessional development opportunitiesAttractive remuneration and benefitsHiring date: asapJobs.lu
