Hyosung is a leading company in both, textile and metal tire reinforcements.Quality and Technology EngineerArea of responsibility: Hyosung Luxembourg S.A.Job responsibilities:Ensure that products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirementsTake part to the continuous improvement of the ISO standards management systems and to the overall quality levelConduct internal auditsMaintain and update internal documentation, procedures and products specificationsCoordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality of all raw materialsInvestigate and answer to customer quality claimsAnalyze data and identify root causes of technical issues or non-conformities and participate in the elaboration of action plansCollaborate with other departments, Production, Procurement, IT, Maintenance and Engineering to satisfy customer requirements and implement corrective actionsSupport customers for new product developments and take part to the industrializationMaintain the online defects inspection systemCarry out risk assessments to ensure that potential failures are identified and addressed during the whole production cycle (PFMEA and control plan)Follow-up Quality Key Performance IndicatorsEducation:The candidate must be in possession of a bachelor or master degree in Engineering SciencesThe candidate should have a certain level of experience or technical skills in production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing of goodsSkills & QualificationsAbility to work in a highly diversified industrial work environmentAbility to work autonomously, showing initiativesWill to acquire specific technical knowledgeStrong communication (oral and written) skillsGood interpersonal skillsTeam playerSense of responsibility and urgencyStress resistanceProficient usage of standard Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word, ...)LanguagesFluency (oral and written) in English and French or German is a mustLuxemburgish is an advantageThe candidate will be offered a CDI.
