Job DescriptionTASK RESPONSIBILITIES:The position holder is responsible for daily registration and recording of time related data. All the discrepancies with internal rules and regulations must be identified and reported to his/her department head.Collect, control and register attendance and absenteeism data such as employee work hours, overtime, vacation hours, sick and other special leavesPrepare data for legal reporting by performing data input especially on overtime, vacation and sicknessIssue statistics regarding time related dataLiaise with different departments such as payrollProvide internal customer support by responding to routine timekeeping issues, clarifying procedures, updates and changes to employees and resolving discrepanciesKeep archives as required by internal/external requirementsReact in case of technical problems of the system by informing the concerned departments and finding solutionsESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:High School Diploma Degree, Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Business Administration is an advantage1-2 years of experience in a similar positionFluency in written and spoken English, French, German and Luxembourgish, other languages are a distinct advantageAdvanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)Previous SAP knowledge is considered as an advantage, particularly in TIME moduleSolid experience in data collection, entry and reporting with a great attention to detail and confidentialityFamiliar with general accounting principles and solid knowledge of the legislation, policies and regulationExcellent organizational, analytic and time management skillsExcellent verbal, interpersonal, written and communication skillsCustomer and result orientatedWORKING CONDITIONS:A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selectionPosition based in LuxembourgJobs.lu
