The News was a daily tabloid Adelaide newspaper which was inherited by Rupert Murdoch in 1952, and which is now referred to as the ‘foundation stone’ of News Limited and News Corporation, one of Australia's largest media companies. Rupert Murdoch’s first board meeting for News Corporation was in fact held in the space on the first floor above the new Luma Restaurant and Bar.The Playford was built in 1998 and recently underwent a multi-million dollar refurbishment which has been well received by Guests and Team Members alike. We are now excited to be offering a wonderful opportunity for an exceptional Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team on a Full Time basis.Job DescriptionReporting to the Director of Sales, you will assist the department to drive growth, support the C&E Team and join a culture of guest focused professionals.
