To help assist in the department due to an influx of students.You will take responsibility for:Assist potential students with the course most suited to them, whilst supporting employers who are looking to take on apprenticesCoach individual students to ensure the best possible success during the course whilst monitoring their progressCarry out assessments both in person and virtualCarry out progress reviews at periodic intervals to ensure students keep up with their workloadMake sure all relevant documentation is completed and updated to a high standardWhat you needIt is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:Previous experience mentoring/ coaching engineering or relevant fieldLevel 3 qualification in an engineering related fieldExperience dealing with both customers and studentsAssessor A1 AwardOther DESIRABLE skills include:Previous work with an awarding body and other external organisationsIn house experience working with apprenticesWhat is on offerOn offer is the chance to join a forward thinking and progressive college.
