We are proud to have long-lasting partnerships with our clients.Scale: With more than 1,500 colleagues, we operate across 20+ countries, our scale enables us to support our clients globally and locally, providing a seamless client experience across borders and service lines.Job DescriptionPurpose of the JobTo provide central business control for the day to day operations and client delivery and amongst others will be responsible for legal, administrative, compliance and corporate governance issues for a dedicated clients portfolio (mainly Luxembourg Funds).Main ResponsibilitiesAssisting the client onboarding process (incorporations, drafting service agreements, opening bank accounts, managing AML compliance process)Collecting signatures of documents and maintaining the files of client companies in accordance with and proceduresProviding assistance in compliance/KYC related mattersEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirementsFollowing-up the day-to-day recurrent operations and client requestsLiaising with different departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client deliverables.Maintaining contact with banks: organizing and following the payment process and monitoring bank accountsCoordinating the administrative contacts with notaries, governmental offices, tax authorities, trade register and other external partiesPreparing and filing the mandatory requisitions with the trade registerQualificationsKnowledge, Skills & ExperienceIdeally a minimum of 4/5 years or more relevant experience in the Luxembourg investment non-regulated funds sector, in particular in compliance & corporate mattersAML knowledgeComprehensive understanding and technical knowledge of administration and Know-Your-Customer obligationsGood organisational and time management skills, ability to take responsibility for the completion of tasks while staying alert to potential issues that need to be disclosed to the Team LeaderProfessional manner, demonstrating good interpersonal skills and the ability to respond to clients' needs; ability to communicate efficiently and in a manner suitable to the client being addressedAbility to draft and review legal documents and agreements on the basis of Ocorian templatesDiligence and care in all aspects of the job, in particular with regard to client data and the maintenance of KYC files and recordsProblem solving - being able to review the situation and determine an alternative course of action to achieve the desired goalAn interest in financial services/working within a regulated environment (CSSF)OtherThe ability to work independentlyThe ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesMethodical and accurate approach with an eye for detailStrong time management and organisational skillsFluency in English (written and oral), with any other language (French, German) being considered as an advantage#LI-SM1#LI-HybridAdditional InformationAll staff are expected to embody our core values that underpin everything that we do and that reflect the skills and behaviours we all need to be successful.
